Property Details
This exclusive 3 bedroomed apartment overlooking the golf course at
Alhaurin Golf and Country Club offers high standard and comfortable
accommodation.It is fully air conditioned, has 3 bedrooms and 3 full
bathrooms and a good sized, fully fitted kitchen. There is secure
underground and on street parking.

The large living/dining room has two very comfortable settees,an open
fireplace, satellite T.V and a video player.Patio doors open out
onto the large balcony with magnificent views across the golf course.

The modern kitchen is fully fitted and has all the appliances one would expect
in a first class apartment including a dishwasher, hob and oven, automatic
washing machine, fridge/freezer etc. There is a pretty bay window
with a breakfast table and chairs fitted in it.

Of the 3 bedrooms one has a king sized double bed and the others are twin
rooms.Two have large ensuite bathrooms and access onto
the large balcony. There is also a third full family bathroom. All the
bedrooms have ample fitted storage units.

Guests at the apartment are entitled to a 20% discount on green
fees and use of the beautiful swimming pool set in tropical gardens
as well as the gym and sauna.
Area Description
Alhaurin Golf and Country Club

This wonderful course is set in an enviable position in the Mijas mountains
yet is only 30 minutes from Malaga airport. The course was designed by "Seve"
and wraps itself beautifully around the undulating terrain.There are a total
of 45 holes made up of an 18 holes par 72 course, an 18 holes pitch & put course
and a spectacular 9 holes par 3 course. In addition to the course itself
there is a luxurious hotel which offers swimming, tennis and horse riding
facilities and a new clubhouse opened in 2001.
The apartment is opposite the Club House which boasts many bars and excellent restaurants as well as a large golf shopping complex.


Just a few minutes from the Course is the bustling town of Alahurin el
Grande where you will find a very good selection of shops, bars and restaurants.
The Costa del Sol, with it's wonderful long, clean and sandy beaches is but
a short drive away and here there is much to amuse and entertain you,
so even if you do not wish to avail yourself of the excellent golfing
facilities this apartment still offers very comfortable and relaxing holiday
accommoation within a short distance of many world famous resorts.
