This lovely two bedroomed air conditioned apartment, which has wonderful views
over Alahurin Golf Course, is beautifully fitted and furnished and
immaculately maintained lift takes you from the off road parking area
to the first floor where the living accommodation is all on one level.A flight
of stairs leads up to the roof terrace which is a veritable sun trap and
from where you can take in the marvelous view.
The spacious lounge/dining room is furnished with twin settees, a large dining
table with seating for six, there is satellite T.V. with the free to view channels
plus a video player and selection of videos.Patio doors open out from
here to a sunny balcony.
The modern kitchen is of a good size and fully fitted with a hob and oven,
washing machine, dishwasher,fridge/freezer and a good selection of pots,
pans, crockery, glassware etc. There is a breakfast table and chairs set
underneath the window.
The two double bedrooms are very comfortably furnished and have plenty of
storage space. One bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom whilst
the other has easy access to the shower room.Area Description
Alhaurin Golf Course , designed by Seve Ballesteros, is a unique combination of three golf courses set in breathtaking scenery. There is an 18 hole par 72 course of 5,857m. which is of international quality with challenging holes, lush green fairways and greens set amongst pine woods. This course has majestic views of mountains to the north and the Mediterranean to the south.
Additionally there is a 9 hole par 3 course bordering a beautiful lake, and an 18 hole junior course.
As well as the golf courses there is a communal gym, riding stables, sauna, tennis courts, and a beautiful swimming pool all of which are set in the lush tropical gardens.
The apartment is opposite the recently completed Club House which boasts many bars and excellent restaurants as well as a large golf shopping complex.
Malaga airport is just 30 minutes away and closer still are the international resorts of Marbella and Puerto Banus and the wonderful beaches of the Costa del Sol.
Alhaurin Golf therefore makes an ideal base for all the family with much to enjoy both in the immediate vicinity and at just a short drives distance.
